AUTOMATED LAYOUT PROCESS APPROVAL AND SCRUTINY SYSTEM

Automated Layout Process Approval and Scrutiny System is an ambitious project under Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP). DTCP is implementing ALPASS for district official to develop a decision support system for Layout/Planning permission and Landuse Information.

The major activities of the department to be performed by the system are as follows :

1. Issuing digitally signed Landuse Information online using all file movement process.
2. Scrutiny of Layout online as per Development Plan guideline using Bhumi Vikash Rule and Concerned city Master Plan.
3. Online process flow for department to issuing digitally signed Planning Permission and all communication with citizen.
4. Providing MIS register to department for various reports on Daily / Monthly / Yearly basis.
5. Tracking of Files and their status anytime from anywhere online.
